As many might already know, the GTX 590 seems to have not done so well. Plagued by high price, low performance compared to dual GTX 580 setups, and VRM troubles the GTX 590 seems to have been rushed a little too soon. Well now we are hearing rumors of the GTX 595 a modified version of the
GTX 590, probably with high clocks and a more beefy VRM.
Sin’s Hardware was founded in March 2011. It started as a place to store and centralize forum reviews done by user sin0822, who started the site so that readers could find all his reviews easily. However since then many manufacturers have found a need for a computer hardware review site which can correctly and thoroughly analyze their hardware regardless of complexity. A lack of sites such as this is apparent when dealing with certain hardware like motherboards. We have also branched out and done some articles on the more complex parts of computer hardware, such as the motherboard's voltage regulators. Our VRM list is a list of over 100 motherboards from different vendors and can be used to compare the quality of the CPU voltage regulator across vendors. This site is aimed at doing things others don't and improving on things others do wrong.
While we are a small site (3-4 employees) and we still keep hardcore "small town" values, we don’t take money for reviews, and we try to stay away from aggressive advertising (notice we don’t even have Google AdSense) as we just don’t need it to survive. Currently the only writer is also the owner, but this might change as we expand. While we thoroughly analyze the products which we review, we also analyze the art of the review. So you might see our reviews done in a slightly different manner than other sites. You can always skip to sections of the review which interest you, and we know many users don’t spend more than a few minutes on any given article so our conclusions are designed to sum up the product.
Computer hardware is our passion, so if you need some thorough objective reviews, articles, and guides then look no further because you are already here!
